Frequent Asked Questions

All Your Dental Questions, Answered

What is your standard turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time varies depending on the restoration, but most cases are completed within 5–7 business days from the time the case is received. Digital cases submitted through intraoral scanners may be processed even faster.

Do you accept digital scans from intraoral scanners?

Yes. King Dental Arts accepts digital impressions from most major intraoral scanners. Digital workflows help improve accuracy, reduce turnaround time, and streamline communication between the dental office and the lab.

What types of restorations do you fabricate?

We fabricate a wide range of restorations including ceramic crowns, dentures, night guards, retainers, custom trays, and other dental prosthetics. Our lab focuses on precision craftsmanship and consistent results.

Do you offer rush cases?

Yes. Rush options may be available depending on the type of case and current lab schedule. If you have an urgent case, we recommend contacting our team in advance so we can coordinate the timeline.

How do dentists send cases to your lab?

Dentists can submit cases through traditional impressions or digital scans. For physical cases, impressions and prescriptions can be shipped directly to our laboratory. Digital files can be uploaded through supported scanner systems.

What materials do you use for crowns and restorations?

We work with high-quality dental materials including zirconia, ceramic, and other industry-standard restorative materials to ensure durability, aesthetics, and long-term performance.
